Welcome to Abdullah Electronics. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. Please read them carefully before using our site or engaging with our services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Overview

Abdullah Electronics ("we", "our", or "us") is a business specializing in:

• Supplying high-quality Electronic Components.
• Providing Custom PCB Design Services.
• Developing Electronic Circuits tailored to client requirements.
• Offering Mobile App Development to complement hardware products.

Our mission is to deliver reliable and innovative electronics solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.

2. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You will use the site only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with others’ use.

We reserve the right to block access or take legal action against users who engage in abuse, hacking, scraping, or violations of these Terms.

3. Orders and Payments 

3.1 Product Orders

All orders for electronic components or custom-designed products are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payments must be made as agreed upon before products are shipped or services are rendered. Depending on the case, a full or partial payment may be required. Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfer
• FIB (First Iraqi Bank)
• FastPay
• Cash on delivery (where applicable)

Invoices will be issued digitally. All prices are listed in [USD/IQD] and are exclusive of taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise noted.

4. Product and Service Description 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications of all products and services. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the selected product or design service suits their application.

5. PCB and Circuit Design Services  

Our engineering team designs electronic projects based on contract agreements. By default, we provide a functional solution; however, if the customer requires Gerber files, schematics, or design files, an additional fee will apply.

Conditions:

• Clear and complete requirements must be provided before the project starts.
• Turnaround time depends on project scope and complexity.
• Clients receive Gerber files, BOM, and schematic PDFs only if requested and paid for separately.
• Once work has begun, Design Service Fees are Non-Refundable.
• Confidentiality terms are based on the contract. If the customer requires the project to remain private and not be shared, this must be agreed upon in advance and may involve additional costs.

6. Mobile App Development Services  

We offer custom Android app development tailored to your hardware.

Features and Capabilities:

• Integration with your electronic hardware via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or cloud services.
• Real-time control, monitoring, and data exchange.
• Custom UI/UX for intuitive interaction.
• Compatibility with various embedded systems (e.g., Arduino, ESP32, STM32).

Terms:

• App development is project-based and begins after detailed specifications are confirmed.
• Clients must clearly define the required functionality, communication protocol, and expected user flow.
• Source code ownership and licensing will be defined in the agreement.
• App maintenance or updates after delivery are not included unless specified in a separate contract.

We do not publish client apps to the Play Store unless expressly agreed upon.

7. Product Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on products that we design and manufacture. The warranty period varies depending on the specific device and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7.1 Coverage:

• Faulty workmanship or materials.
• Internal component failure due to normal use.
• Verified design flaws originating from our process

7.2 Process:

• Submit a warranty claim with proof of purchase.
• Provide the device’s serial number (SN) so we can verify the warranty status.
  
• Return the item to us for inspection (initial shipping paid by the customer).
• If eligible, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

8. Out-of-Warranty Cases

Warranty does not apply to the following cases:

• Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
• Improper installation or operation outside of specified ratings.
• Environmental damage (e.g., water, heat, humidity, power surges, lightning).
• Physical damage (e.g., broken connectors, cracked PCBs, burned components).
• Using the product with incompatible or unapproved accessories or power supplies.
• Attempts to repair, open, or modify the product by non-authorized personnel.
• Normal wear and tear due to aging or usage over time.
• Damage during shipping (if not arranged or insured by us).
• Failure to follow provided usage instructions or safety guidelines.
• Serial number or warranty label removed, altered, or unreadable.

For out-of-warranty repairs, we may offer services at a reasonable cost, depending on the condition and type of the product.

9. Intellectual Property 

All content on our website — including designs, logos, code, images, schematics, and documentation — is the property of Abdullah Electronics, unless otherwise specified.

For custom projects:

• Hardware and software designs created specifically for a client may become the client’s intellectual property only after full payment and as defined in the project agreement.
• Until full payment is made, all rights remain with Abdullah Electronics.

Redistribution, reproduction, or use of any content or design without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abdullah Electronics is not responsible for:

• Any indirect losses, such as lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
• Problems caused by incorrect use, such as misuse, physical damage, improper installation, or using the product in unsupported ways.
• Delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control — including third-party service issues, shipping delays, supply chain problems, or force majeure events (like natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or internet failures).
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or integration with other systems not approved by us.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services and communicate with customers. We do not sell or share data with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any disputes or claims arising from our services or products will be resolved in the competent courts of your city within the Kurdistan Region.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns in a friendly and cooperative manner before initiating legal action.

13. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. We encourage you to review the Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
